The Peyvand Registry Office was established in 2004 in Toronto, Canada, by Mr. Mohammad Sotoudehfar, who holds a Master’s degree in Law from Iran, a legal marriage license in Ontario, Canada, an Iranian religious marriage license, and an official religious divorce license from Iran. With over 16 years of proven experience, we are proud to provide specialized services in Iranian marriage in Canada, Iranian divorce in Canada, Canadian mutual (uncontested) divorce, preparation of official invitation letters, precise drafting of all types of powers of attorney for Iran, online registration of powers of attorney, consular services, birth registration and issuance of a child’s birth certificate, issuance of birth and passport documents for newborns, replacement of birth certificates, issuance of duplicate birth certificates, death registration, police clearance certificates, and national ID cards.
